Spring Flowers Honey – 415g

The result of an unusually dry and cold spring in the Troodos Mountain, this multifloral Honey has been produced in very limited quantities.

Out of our bee’s struggle to collect nectar came a truly exceptional Honey. The cherry blossoms bring the usual spring fruitiness that is complemented by the nuttiness of the maple trees and a slight amount from the strawberry trees will round this honey with a subtle touch of bitterness.
